What this template can't do
A paper pad has no memory. It can't warn that the NSAID you're writing clashes with the steroid from last week, can't recall the patient's weight from the last visit, and leaves no searchable record unless someone re-types it later. Prescription format requirements also vary by country and state — check yours before adopting any form as-is.
