Treatment packages and sessions, tracked from sale to last session
What happens to a package in the software, step by step.
Selling a package
Six laser sessions paid upfront, recorded in a notebook.
Set up your packages once, with the number of sessions, the price and how many days they stay valid. Sell one to a patient as a course, and the purchase goes on the invoice.
Deducting a session
Session three done, and nobody sure whether it was counted.
During the consultation, deduct the session from the patient's own package. The package shows how many sessions are used and how many are left.
If a session is deducted by mistake, an admin can reverse it.
Sessions owed
Money taken this month for work you'll do next quarter.
A dashboard tile shows your prepaid package liability: active packages and the sessions you still owe. The package liability report has the detail behind it.
Expiry, refund and void
A patient who stops after two sessions and asks for the rest back.
Packages expire after the validity you set. An admin can refund a package, or void a sale, which cancels its purchase invoice.

Appointments
Consults, procedures and aesthetic sessions in one diary.
Appointment types for a skin clinic (consultation, follow-up, procedure, aesthetic session) are ready on day one, with your own fees and durations. Today's Queue shows who is waiting, in consult or done.
Billing & GST
A consult, a laser session, a cream and a sunscreen, each taxed differently.
Each line's class defaults from its type: clinical consultations, procedures and lab tests exempt; aesthetic procedures, packages and skincare products 18%; medicines 5%. GST is charged only once you add your clinic's GSTIN, and CGST and SGST are split per rate.
These are the software's defaults and you can change any line. Your CA confirms which class a service belongs in, including whether a procedure is clinical or cosmetic.
Records & prescriptions
Repeat patients whose history lives in old prescriptions.
The patient is the person, with a guardian as the contact for anyone under 18. Prescriptions are typed and print as a PDF with the patient's age and sex, and the doctor's qualification and registration number.
Prescriptions lost before the patient reaches the chemist.
The prescription goes to the patient's WhatsApp as a message and a PDF. Appointment reminders go out on their own the evening before, and the invoice goes out in one tap. No per-message fees.
Stock
Creams and sunscreens that expire before they sell.
Medicines and skincare products are tracked by batch and expiry, the earliest expiry goes out first, and low stock is flagged.

Questions skin clinics ask about packages
How does session tracking work?
You sell a package as a course with a set number of sessions. At each visit the session is deducted from the patient's package during the consultation, so the package always shows sessions used and sessions left.
Can I see how many prepaid sessions we still owe?
Yes. A dashboard tile shows the prepaid package liability, with active packages and sessions owed, and the package liability report gives the detail.
What happens when a package expires or a patient wants a refund?
Each package is valid for the number of days you set. An admin can refund a package or void the sale, which cancels its purchase invoice.
Does it send a WhatsApp message when a package is bought?
Not yet. The package purchase summary is waiting for WhatsApp’s approval of its template. Prescriptions, appointment reminders and invoices are sent today.
