Treatment packages
Six laser sessions paid upfront, and a notebook to say how many are left.
Sell a package as a course. Each session is deducted from the patient's own package during the consultation, and the prepaid sessions you still owe show on a dashboard tile and in a report. Packages expire on the schedule you set, and can be refunded or voided.
Billing & GST
A consult, a laser session, a cream and a sunscreen, each taxed differently.
Clinical consultations, procedures and lab tests are billed exempt. Aesthetic procedures, packages and skincare products are set to 18%, and medicines to 5%. GST is charged only once your GSTIN is saved, and CGST and SGST are split per rate on the invoice.
You can change any line's class. Whether a procedure is clinical or cosmetic is a question for your CA.
Appointments
Consults, procedures and aesthetic sessions in one diary.
Appointment types for a skin clinic (consultation, follow-up, clinical procedure, aesthetic session) are ready on day one, with your own fees and durations. On the day, Today's Queue shows who is waiting, in consult or done.
Patient records & prescriptions
Repeat patients whose history lives in old prescriptions.
The patient is the person, with a guardian as the contact for anyone under 18. Prescriptions print as a PDF with the patient's age and sex, and the doctor's qualification and registration number.
Stock
Creams and sunscreens that expire before they sell.
Medicines and products are tracked by batch and expiry, the earliest expiry goes out first, and low stock is flagged.
Patients who lose the prescription before they reach the chemist.
The prescription goes to the patient's WhatsApp as a message and a PDF. Appointment reminders go out the evening before, and the invoice goes out in one tap. No per-message fees.

Is there a sample skin clinic I can look around?
No. The sample data in the app is for veterinary clinics, so a walkthrough is the better way to see it with skin-clinic work.
