What this template can't do
A PDF can't send anything. Someone still has to notice the vaccination is due, find the owner's number, paste the template, fill six placeholders, and do it again tomorrow — and the day the front desk is slammed is the day reminders don't go out. The templates fix the wording; they don't fix the remembering.
